Hey Tom, thanks for reaching out!
I recommend checking out the Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner # ASA38YR which comes with a connector to plug in directly to your Carrier wiring.
This doesn't work with an existing heat pump, but you can add the Heat Strip # ACMHD to make the air warmer in the winter.
