Yes, the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 9,000-lb to 10,000-lb Axles - 8 on 6-1/2 - Oil Bath # 8-288-3UC1 will work on a dual wheel set up. This hub assembly is designed for 9,000-lb to 10,000-lb general-duty Dexter axles manufactured before July 2009 and has an inner bearing 387A and outer bearing 25580. If you are not sure the specifications of your axle, please feel free to send me a picture of the axle tag.
