Correct Replacement Blue Ox Base Plate Tabs for a 2017 Fiat 500

Can you tell which attachment tabs fit the Blue ox 2801 base plate. I have two sets and neither seem to fit, the end that fits into the base plate seem too long. Thank you for any help. Jeff
