What comes with this jack? It states in the installation that jack pin is sold separately. Also it states jack is sold separately from the mount?

Hey Ed,
The etrailer Swivel Jack w/ Bolt-On Mounting Plate # e54RV will come with the pin chained to it so that you can't lose it. I believe the instructions for this jack were prototype phase instructions and not final product where the pin was added and just haven't been updated to reflect that.
Just the jack can be purchased with part # TJP-5002S-B, the mount can be with part # e52JR, and the pin is part # TJP-PN58.
The # e54RV would include everything you need, even the mounting hardware, so with that part number you wouldn't need to purchase anything else. If you still have questions just let me know below in the comments and I'd be happy to help.
