Question:

Hi, Will part # P5901 and part #P313 work in partt # P249 so I can achive an Anti-Rattle fit?

The threaded pin, # P5901, will only fit Swagman racks that have a 2 inch shank. The anti-rattle insert fits in a 1-1/4 inch shank. So these parts are not compatible. But if you are using the replacement shank # P249 then you could just use # 63232 which is an anti-rattle device and hitch lock in one. I have linked a video review of this device for you.
