Hey Rich! What kind of bikes are you carrying? Since your 2019 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS is a 5th wheel you will need a bike rack that is 5th wheel rated. My recommendation is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR.
This bike rack has a weight capacity of 80 lbs per bike and can accommodate tires up to 5" wide. It uses padded clamps to secure your bikes so it works well with regular and alternative frames without an adapter. It looks like you meet the 5th wheel requirements as long as your hitch tongue weight capacity is 350 lbs. The RV Rider also comes with a keyed-alike hitch lock, frame clamps, and cable lock to keep everything secure.
