Rubber Strip that Can Fit Crossbar Top Channel that is 11 mm Wide

Question:

Howdy! I am going to issue a new separate inquiry as my last one I believe was confused by the fact I had 2 separate requests for 2 different items that seemed to get muddied. So here we go: I am looking for a replacement rubber for a Hummer H2 roof rack - I can find NO one who has the exact item so I am looking for something that will work - to work means that the center gap/slot that the rubber seats into is approx 11mm wide, and has a very flat profile on top. I cannot tell by product descriptions on your website if anything will work, this may require pulling out stock and measuring to confirm. What I was able to narrow down to myself looking at the general profile shape that might work, but again the center part would have to be measured are: - Yakima bottom infill8880635 but theres no profile photo - Yakima top infill Y33KV but it could be for a wider slot? - Thule TH97JH - The width of the slot gap in the Thule ProBars that uses the Replacement Upper Rubber Cover Strip for Thule ProBar Crossbars TH97JH is 1/2 inch so this one could work but it has a significant bump out on top where Id prefer flatter if possible. Please advise if you have other rubber s that are for ~11mm gap/slot. Thank you, MikeP

For a crossbar channel that has an 11 mm opening on top the correct size rubber to fit that you'd want the Replacement Vortex Strip for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRM626 which is exactly that size.

Hey MikeP, did the Rhino-Rack Vortex strip end up fitting the 11 mm slot on your Hummer H2 roof rack? Your update could make it easier for others trying to match rubber inserts to older racks.
