I am looking for a tow bar that will fit an a 2019 GMC Acadia. It would have to fit the disconnect arms C002383

For your application I recommend going with one of our etrailer tow bars; you'll need the part # e74ZR if you have the Direct-Connect style base plate or the part # e44ZR if you have the crossbar style base plate. I really like our tow bars because they are easy to use and just as competitive quality-wise as the leading tow bar brands so you can be confident you're getting a great product.
The C002383 number you found on your baseplate removable arms are more of a generic part number and don't really correspond to anything specific, which is why I mentioned 2 parts above.
Do you have everything else you need to flat tow your 2019 GMC Acadia?
