Question:
Are there any frame mounted tie downs that can be used with ford factory extended running boards/steps, that extend past the cab towards the rear wheel?

Hey Rowdy, thanks for getting in touch. Sadly, there are no frame mounted tie downs that will work with the Ford Factory extended running boards. If the running boards were cab length only, they would be compatible, but since yours extend under the bed, the frame mounted tie downs will not be compatible. The bracket goes in the same place as the step. The only way to add frame mounted tie downs would be to remove the running boards and add something cab-length.
If you want to keep the OEM running boards, the only option for tie downs are the Brophy # HSWB which are bed mounted.
