I just received these brackets. They look to be of high quality. What screws would you recommend I use to install them? Thanks, Doug Schulte

The Buyers Products Door Check and Hold Back part # 337BM2395AA11 can be installed with many types of hardware depending on the surface you're mounting it to.
When mounting to a very heavy material like very thick ply wood or a thicker steel using some #12 or #14 self tappers would be a fine solution. If you're going into thinner material You will need to use bolts with large washer to spread out the energy over a greater area. There are no written instructions for this because there are so many different materials it can be mounted to.
