Do I Need to Run the Blue Wire on the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter C57672 When Using a Curt Echo?

I already own a Curt Echo brake controller. If wiring this 7-pin connector for use with the Curt Echo, would I run the trailer brake circuit directly to battery 12v?

If by trailer brake circuit you mean the blue brake controller wire, the answer is no. If you're using a Curt Echo item # C51180 you don't even need to run the blue wire on the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter item # C57672. It would be wired to the cab and connected to a traditional brake controller.
