Question:
IAlthough I can find many over the range convection microwave ovens with the correct dimensions, I cannot find a replacement Convection microwave oven that will top mount to replace our Hot Point EC942K9E. How would I attach the existing bracket to the Furrion you suggested to another persons question here? Our electric box panel is above the existing panel so want to use the existing bracket that bolted into the HotPoint EC942K9E. Thank you for your assistance.

Hey Frank,
From what I could find online it looks like your High Pointe EC942K9E has the same sort of mounting as the Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # FMCM15SS. I haven't been able to find the mounting dimensions for your current microwave, but I can say that the mounting holes are 1-1/2" off of the edges of the microwave, and the inner mounting hole on the handle side is 5" on center to the one near the edge. You can compare this to what you currently have to see if it will be an exact match or not.

Hey Frank, were you able to compare the mounting holes on your Hot Point with the Furrion convection microwave? Knowing if those lined up would be helpful for others trying to reuse their existing bracket. Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
