Recommended Trailer Wire Harness For A 2008 Land Rover LR3

Good morning and happy new and old year. I need 2 keys, I was told you guys might have them. Both are for a 2008 lr3 land rover. Roof rack cross bar, on the lock cylinder is part n119 and on the cross bar it self is part cap500020 type xo26. the other key is for the locking hitch pin, that is 1d19, can you help, also a wire harness for towing, supposedly, I can remove the tail light and plug into the harness, please, and thank you, Aaron.

Hi Aaron,
The Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers # THKEYN119 would be the correct key for the N119 lock on your roof rack but I don't think we have the a replacement key for a lock listing 1D19. Is there a brand or any other kind of identifying information on it?
As for the wire harness, there unfortunately isn't a plug-and-play option available. I recommend the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236, which is a splice-in kit. You would still have to pop out the tail lights with this harness but you would be splicing into the factory wiring instead of just plugging in a connector.
To do so you'll need a multimeter # PT89ZR or Tester # PTW2993 to poke into the factory wiring and test for each light function and then make your connections.

Hey Aaron, how did things go with the Thule replacement key and the Curt wiring harness on your LR3? Were you able to get the lights working after testing the wires? Your update could make it easier for others working on similar setups.
