Hi Allen; your Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar # RM-501 fits crossbar-style base plate kits. You need the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521559-4 for your 2011 Honda CR-V.

For a complete setup you will also need safety cables, tow bar wiring, and a supplemental brake system. I recommend the following:

-RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643

-Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267

-Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicles # RM76511

-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251

OR

-Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Air Brakes # SM99243

The brake system depends on the brakes you have on your RV, hydraulic or air. More than likely you will also need a high-low adapter to keep your setup level. I attached an article below which explains how to measure and choose the right adapter, along with some installation videos for your reference.

Hey Allen, how did the setup go with the StowMaster tow bar and the Roadmaster base plate on your CR-V? Did the rest of the flat tow gear come together smoothly? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
