Base Plate Kit and Tow Bar Wiring for 2022 Jeep Cherokee Summit

I have a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Summit. What base plate and what wiring harness would you recommend? Will wiring harness use the LED lights in the Jeep or do I need to add special lights. Thanks

Hello again Ed; is this a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4xe? The 4xe and the WL (new body style) will use the same parts. If you have the old body style or something else please let me know and I'll adjust this page for you.
In addition the the base plate kit and tow bar wiring you will need a tow bar, safety cables, and a supplemental braking system. I'll go ahead and give you a complete setup just to make sure everything is covered. I recommend the following:
-Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM77ZR (with tow hooks and no Lower Air Shutters)
OR
-Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM76RR (without tow hooks and no Lower Air Shutters)
-Roadmaster Falcon 3HD Tow Bar # RM27NQ
-Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-645
-Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267
-Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251
OR
-Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Air Brakes # SM99243
You will need to choose between the two base plate kits depending on whether or not you have tow hooks. Also, you need to check with your local dealer to see if you need MOPAR RV towing wiring harness kit #82216418AA which is not something we carry. The braking system will depend on whether you have hydraulic brakes or air brakes on the motorhome.
The wiring harness will splice into your vehicle wiring so it uses the vehicle tail lights. No additional lights need to be added. I went ahead and attached an installation video below. More than likely you will also need a high-low adapter to keep your setup level. I also attached an article which explains how to measure for your reference.
