Replacement Suspension Components For A 2024 Brinkley Model G 4000 5th Wheel Toy Hauler

Question:

I have a 2024 Brinkley Model G 4000 and I’m looking for a spare leaf spring and wet bolts. Do I need to contact Brinkley for the part numbers or do you guys know what they are. Thank you for your time

Hey Josh,

There isn't a guide for us to see what Brinkley used when building your trailer so I would either need you to reach out to Brinkley or give us some measurements one the components you're needing replaced in order to pick out the correct replacements.

For the leaf springs you'll need to lift the trailer using the leveling system and let the suspension hang. You can then measure from the center of one eyelet to the center of the other eyelet.

For the wet bolts we need to know the length and thickness. Most of the time when replacing bolts you'll also replace the shackle straps. If you're wanting to have some extra shackle straps as well then we'll need to know the spacing from center of one hole to the center of the other hole (see diagram below).
