Hey Paul,

I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball # e38NR to tow with your 2019 Hyundai Kona because it has a 2-3/4" rise which should help get you in the level range for most trailers.

@LazerS I had U Haul install the trailer hitch at about $800.00 Not really affordable but I needed it to haul yard waste

@PaulA Yeah that does happen pretty often. I know it won't really help in this case, but if you have to have a hitch installed again at some point, call around. I always recommend going to a local trusted mechanic as they will typically beat most prices and they will do a great job. Definitely DO NOT go to a dealership. If you think what you paid was bad, they are usually around double. It's basically robbery on my opinion. Let us know if there is anything else we can help with down the road! : )
