Recommended Bike Rack for a E-Bike w/ Fenders and No Crossbar

I am looking for a hitch bike rack for my ebike. It needs to be able to fit my ebike as well as a normal road bike. My ebike has fenders, so not all racks will work for it. It also does not have a cross bar. Do you have a rack you would recommend?

Hey Michelle! The best bike rack for an e-bike with fenders that does not have a crossbar and your normal bike is going to be the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR. This bike rack has a 80 lbs per bike capacity, it fits tires up to 5" wide, and uses rotating padded clamps to secure your bike. This feature works great for bikes without traditional crossbars because the clamps slide up and down and rotate to grip your bike by the seat post or handle bar stem.
The RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR weighs 63-1/2 lbs and only works with hitches that have a 2" receiver. I have linked a review video below that will show you the features of this bike rack demonstrated.
If your vehicle does not have a 2" hitch we'll need to go another direction. There's less options in that size so if you could comment back with the weight of your e-bike and the width of the tires I would be happy to make another recommendation.
