Hello. I do have a solution for you, but the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e98850 you mentioned is custom fit for the rear of a 2010 Toyota Tacoma and this would not bolt up to the front of the truck.
There is a custom fit front hitch available for the 2010 Tacoma so this will be your best option. For that I recommend the Curt Front Mount Hitch # 31313. Just keep in mind that the front skid shield will need to be removed from your Tacoma in order to install the hitch.
