Does Curt Brake Controller Install Harness Fit 2018 Ford Expedition

Question:
I just purchased the 51524 for 2018 expedition and the pin layout is differ t the the one ford supplied , and does not function or activate the cranks or curt control unit. The ford supplied one is jl1t24a348 ab. It comes without a connector to use with controller . Is there another brake harness or maybe was mis packed ?? Please help thanks darek

Hey you are right the 51524 does not have same pin out as the Ford harness or even the Tekonsha part # 22292 that fits your 2018 Ford Expedition. I double checked with Curt and this is what they are still recommending so I will send an update.
