Drill Attachment for Sidewind Jacks

Updated 12/22/2025 | Published 10/26/2024

Question:

Im trying to locate one of those adapters that fits in a drill that can raise and lower the jack, I can find a whole slough of ones for top wind and Ive seen a couple for the heavy dutyinch ones with the foldable handle, but cant find one for jacks like these. Does anyone know of an adapter or something to be able to use a drill to raise and lower these side wind jacks?

Hi Eugene; you're looking for a T-slot drill attachment similar to the # UF48-979071. This is designed for scissor jacks so it probably wouldn't work without some modification to make it wide enough for the sidewind jack handle. You would put it over the handle where it runs into the jack at the 90 degree bend. We have one similar to this in our shop we use but it isn't something that we sell.

Hey Eugene, were you able to find an adapter that works with your sidewind jack? Knowing what ended up fitting could help others trying to power their jacks the same way.
