I have a 21 Ram 1500 with a 3 1/2 front, 2 rear lift kit. Is the airlift 5000 compatible with my truck?

Hi Jeff; the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57375 or # AL88375 will fit assuming you have a 4 wheel drive model. Between the two, I would choose the one with the built in jounce bumper since it gives extra support and can protect the air bag from bottoming out.
Since you have the lift kits you may also need a spacer and to find the right spacer you will need to measure. The formula for the spacer is H - A = S. H is the distance between mounting surfaces, A is the air spring design height (6" in this case), and S is the spacer. Once you measure the distance between the mounting surfaces on your truck to complete the formula you can choose from the following:
-Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 2" Lift item # AL52420
-Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 4" Lift item # AL52440
-Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 6" Lift item # AL52460
