I recently purchased the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Square Crossbars - Steel - 50inch Long, part # SR1010 and the Thule Sonic XL Rooftop Cargo Box, part # TH635S. I want to purchase 2 Thule Prolouge Roof Mounted Bike Rack, part # TH516. Can all these be keyed alike with the Thule lock cores, part # TH512 ?

Yes, SportRack and Thule are sister companies and their products are compatible with Thule's replacement lock cores. We offer the cores in sets of various quantities. The part you referenced, # TH450200, is a set of two. Part # TH450400 is a set of four.
