Front-Mount Hitch for 2014 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition

Question:
I am looking for a front hitch 2 inch for my 2014 Toyota 4Runner Trail edition. The only item I found contained a note that it would not fit the Trail edition. Please advise.

You are correct that the one available front mount hitch fit for the 2014 Toyota 4Runner, part # C31054, excludes the Trail Edition.
In some cases certain versions of vehicles may have additional structural reinforcements in the frames that block the mounting points needed for a front hitch. In the case of your Trail Edition the issue is that the tow hooks are welded into place and block access to the mounting points on the frame structure.
