Question:

I am looking to put a 2” front hitch on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. I see from your website that you show a guarantee fit for a 2020 4Runner TRD Pro with your Curt C31076 hitch. But when I change the vehicle type to my 4Runner for 2016 it only shows guarantee fits for the SR5 and Trail versions of the 2016 4Runner. Will the Curt C31076 fit my SUV without modifying my 1/4” aluminum skid plate or do you have a better option for a front hitch for my vehicle? Thank you for your time.

For your 2016 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro you can install the Curt front hitch part # C31054 but you will need to permanently remove the skid plate to complete the install. There is no other option that would work.
