Hey Tom,

Furrion camera systems are typically powered by the running light circuit or the reverse light circuit so the first step is going to be to connect to your tow vehicle. You'll then want to turn on the running lights in your tow vehicle to send power back to the trailer's running light circuit and can check to see if the camera is now powered on. If not try having someone put the tow vehicle in reverse and check if this sends power to the camera.

If neither sends power back to the camera then you should check the tow vehicle's trailer running light/lamp fuse to see if it's blown. From there you'll have to trace the wire from the tow vehicle all the way over to lights at each connection point (tow vehicle 7-way, trailer junction box, etc.) to find where the power stops to find and fix the issue.

If you have power all the way up to the camera but it still won't turn on then the camera is the issue and would need to be replaced # FCN48TASF. Depending on your tow vehicle you could also have PWM wiring and just need an adapter # VGR64VR to properly power the camera.

Hey Tom, did powering the Furrion camera through the running or reverse light circuit get it working on your Jayco Hummingbird? Your update could make it easier for others troubleshooting similar wiring issues.
