Hey Jared,
When installing electric trailer brake assemblies you'll want to run 10 gauge wire # 10-1-1 from the junction box back to the brake assemblies. This will be you power to the brake assemblies and you can just run the other wire from the assemblies to the frame with a ring terminal # 44-5310A and self-tapping screw for ground. If your trailer doesn't already have a junction box # e99009 and 7-way cable # e99010 then you'll want to pick those up as well.
I've attached a help article we have that goes over adding brakes to a trailer that didn't originally have them to help guide you through the process, but I'd still be more than happy to help you pick out parts or with the installation if you still have any other questions.

Hey Jared, how did the wiring go when you added the electric brakes to your trailer? Your update could make it easier for others adding brakes to a 3,500‑lb axle.
