Are Bushings Needed for the 1 Leaf Trailer Leaf Spring # e46SR

Question:
Where can I find bushings for this spring? Do I even need them? a 9/16s bolt is a little loose inside it. thanks.

The # e46SR spring is designed to be used without a bushing and is normally a replacement for springs on a mobile home axle. The 9/16 inch bolt will be a bit loose in this type of spring that is used without a bushing.
