Question:

I am replacing the whole suspension on a camper Will this spring work just as well as a multi leaf spring

The 1-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # e46SR will have the same capacity strength as a multi-leaf spring. It will replace a spring of the same length with the 3,000 lb capacity so it will work for a 6,000 lb axle. The benefit of not having the multi-leaf springs is the thickness is different in that this leaf spring will only have a 7/8 inch thickness making it fit well with the U-bolt around your axle.

This spring will work just as well as the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # e34SR which has 5 leaves each at 3/8 inch thick for a total of 1-7/8 inch thickness.
