We've found that the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Covers, like part # BAK48602 that fits your 2023 Honda Ridgeline, typically only fold up well if the uprights for the ladder rack aren't angled in, which it looks like is the case with your Vantech P3319 ladder rack. Your ladder rack might work, but we unfortunately haven't tested it and don't have a way to test it.
My recommendation is to go with the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK78ZR instead because it can fit with angled ladder rack uprights just fine.
