Question:
I have a Dexter axle d1012 with a 395s bearing and 394 race the other Bering is a 382a what hub seal do I need

Hey Ron,
Dexter lists the bearings and races for the D1012 as:
Inner bearing # 387A
Inner race # 382A
Outer bearing # 25580
Outer race # 25520
They unfortunately don't list the seal and since there's going to be differing seals that could fit that spindle so you'll really want to to use a caliper # PTW80157 to measure point B from the diagram to get the inner diameter of the seal and then measure the bore hole of the hub to get the outer diameter. If you can tell me those measurements I'd be happy to look for the correct replacement seal.

Hey Ron, were you able to measure the spindle and hub bore with the caliper to find the right hub seal for your Dexter axle? Once you had those numbers, did you land on a seal that fit well? Your results could help others sorting out the same axle setup.
