Question:
Good Morning, We are looking at getting some spare axel/brake parts for our 21 Forest River Riverstone 39RKFB. I have the majority of the part numbers for work weve had done but dont have the numbers for the following items. Do you sell the grease cap/oil cap for the Kodiak 13 Hub/Rotor - Part number KHR1389D? Secondly I am looking to get a spare spindle but cant locate a part number on the ones installed on the fifth wheel. Is it possible to figure out the spindle based off of the above mentioned rotor Part number KHR1389D? Thanks, Jon

Hello Jonathan; the correct grease cap for the # KHR1389D is the Replacement Grease Cap for Kodiak 7,000-lb, 7,200-lb, and 8,000-lb Disc Brake Kits # KPCAP. The hub and rotor are designed for 7,000 - 8,000 lb axles. Our spindles only go up to 7,000 lbs so if you have an 8k axle we don't have one with a high enough rating. Otherwise you can use the #42 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Flange for 5.2K to 7K Trailer Axles # TRU37FR. If you aren't sure, the capacity should be listed on the axle tag.

Hey Jonathan, how did things go with the grease cap and spindle options for your Riverstone fifth wheel? Were you able to confirm the axle rating from the tag? Your update could make it easier for others working with the same Kodiak hub and rotor setup.
