Recommended Hubcaps for a 1970 Lincoln W/ 15" Wheels

I want to get some hub caps to fit my 1970 Lincoln 15” wheels. When I mesure the outside of the tabs in where the hub edge contact I get it to 10 1/4”. If I mesure at the widest part on the lugs it is 10 7/16” Can it be correct ? As you state this size is for 6 lug rims only.

Jerry, it looks like the Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap # AM90086 only fits 13", 14", and 15" 5 lug wheels with an inner diameter of 9 1/4" so it's going to be a bit too small.
Instead, I'd recommend going with the Americana Pointed Top Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap # AM981306 which works with 6 lug 15" wheels, and has an inner diameter of 10 1/4" which should work based on those measurements you took.
