I am looking to replace the hitch on my 2005 Fleetwood Revolution LE 40 motor home. I need the maximum capacity available.

Hey Doug we have two different options for replacement hitches for your 2005 Fleetwood Revolution LE 40 motorhome. They each have a 16,000 lbs towing capacity and a 2" receiver. Both are universal hitches that need to be welded on. They fit frames from a minimum of 18" to a maximum of 44" so you'll want to make sure yours is no wider than 44".
The difference in the two hitches are the drop brackets that determine where the receiver is placed. There's an 18" option and a 9" option. You'll want to measure from your from down to see which one fits your set up.
18" Drop - Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets item # C99CR
9" Drop - Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets item # C47CR

Hey Doug, how did things go with the replacement hitch for your Fleetwood Revolution? Did one of the Curt options fit your frame width and drop needs? Your update could make it easier for others working on a similar motorhome.
