Hey Frank! I don't have a database that shows me what water heater came on your Nomad so I have no idea what size of one you're replacing. If you could comment below with the dimensions of your current one I would be happy to make a more specific recommendation.
Meanwhile, I am a really big fan of the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater item # FR98SR and maybe it'll work for your Nomad. This unit features a heating capacity of 13,000 - 60,000 Btu, which is well above the capacity of most tanked systems. The on-demand hot water and ability to set the temperature to a specific degree instead of the old fashioned arrow knob will make camping much more enjoyable.
The Furrion item # FR98SR measures 12-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 19-1/4" deep and has an access door that is 16-1/8" tall x 16-1/8" wide. This hot water heater will need a 12VDC power input and 7.2-65PSI water Pressure, 40-50PSI is the preferred range. I recommend using a water pressure regulator like item # CAM40064 to ensure proper water pressure.

Can in be installed inside the bathroom or does it need to be on the exterior of my 5th wheel. Also does it need to vent.
