I have a bmw 328i 2011 would like to buy an electric beach bike or all terrain bike do you have a rack that will fit my car?

Hey David,
Were you referring to a trunk mounted rack or trailer hitch and hitch-mounted rack? I only ask because trunk mounted racks will fit your 2011 BMW 328i, but have limited weight capacities of up to 35 lbs. For example, what will work for your BMW and allow you to carry a bike up to 35 lbs is the Thule Gateway Pro 2 Bike Rack # TH88VR.
That can be okay for some all-terrain bikes but of course not an electric beach bike, which are much heavier. For that you'd need a hitch and frame-mounted bike rack; the right hitch for your 2011 BMW 328i is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH44VR.
For a rack you'd need some thing that was able to handle the weight and grasp different points on the rack as many beach cruisers have fenders. So for example the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack # HLY66ZR could work.
There is a very large price difference and I'm not sure which route you were wanting to go, but I wanted to give you both options.
