Hi Melissa,
Thanks for the photo, and assuming that's the factory hitch on their 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500, since that's a long bed and the running boards are cab length the correct tie-downs are the following:
- TorkLift Tie Downs - Front and Rear # TL67DR
The only other thing they will need are turnbuckles, and can choose from different colors:
- Polished Stainless Steel: TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9526-2-LK
- Black: TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9529-2-LK
- Gray: TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9522-2-LK
