Hi Shawn; your Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter # 16310 is compatible with the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16085. The X5 adapter adds industry standard rails into your truck and the Spyder is designed to fit industry standard rails. However, you will be limited to the lowest rated component, which is likely the 20,000 lbs from the X5 adapter.
I'm assuming you're trying to gain some kind of height through the use of the Spyder and adapter over using the standard ball on your B&W gooseneck hitch. You may be able to save some money using the 1" High-Rise Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNXA2050 if the additional 1" is enough.
