Hey Ray, thanks for reaching out!
To swap your 10" hydraulic drum and disc brakes out to electric brakes you'll need the following:
- 10" etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA
- Hub/Drum part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for a 5 bolt OR part # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K for a 6 bolt
- Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit # ET7WK (if the trailer doesn't already have a 7-Way)
- Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit # 20400
- 10 Gauge Wire # # 10-1-1 (Length of Wire to run from junction box to each brake assembly)
- Butt Connectors # DW05745-10
- Brake Controller # 90195
Attached is a helpful article going over all of these parts as well.

Hey Ray, how did the conversion from surge to electric brakes go on your dual axle trailer? I'm curious if the 10-inch electric brakes and hub/drum setup worked out as planned. Your update could make it easier for others doing the same swap.
