Hello Shawn, thanks for reaching out. The Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack # e33VV does have a manual back up option. So you can still use the jack even if you lose power.

If you're worried about your battery running down you could always add a small solar charger like the # PTW2997 to help keep it topped off.

For a rear hanger for a 2 inch wide slipper spring we have the part #721585 which is 5-1/16 inches tall. Then for a complete kit like you mentioned needing you'd want the part #APT6SE which comes with a 12 inch equalizer.
