Yes, it will! The Trailer Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches item # e28YR fits 2" hitch receivers and extends out 13-13/16". I recommend verifying with your bike rack's manufacturer that the rack itself is approved for use with hitch extenders.
Please note that the Trailer Hitch Extender item # e28YR will reduce your hitches capacities by 50%. This is common amongst all hitch extenders due to the distance past the vehicle the connection point is moved out to.
