Hi Jeff; it sounds like you're wanting to add a 7-way to your 2013 Dodge Durango. The # C68JR you were looking at is designed for certain Hyundai and Kia models so it will not fit
If you have the factory tow package you can use the # HM40975-11933 which will plug into the factory port at the rear. If you don't have the factory tow package you need to start by adding a 4-way with # C56133. Once this is installed you can upgrade it to a 7-way using the # ETBC7.
