Dimensions of the Curt RV Hitch # 13703

Question:
In the photo of the mounting plate that has dimensions It appears the crossbar sleeve is off center on the mounting plate. Because of the black tank location on my trailer, its going to be a tight fit. Can you tell me the dimension from the leading edge of the mounting plate to the back of the crossbar sleeve? I need to check clearances. Also, can you tell me how far the receiver projects from the cross bar?

The first dimension you are looking for is 5-5/8 inches. Check out the picture I attached to see.
The distance from the front of the crosstube to the furthest point out of the hitch opening is 8-3/4 inches.
