Hey Chuck, thanks for reaching out!
According to my research, the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball w/ 1" Rise - 1-3/8" Diameter x 2-3/4" Long Shank # BWHB94007 is a pretty unique hitch ball that we don't even have a ball mount for.
If you're needing a ball mount with a 30K towing capacity and a lot of rise and drop then you might consider picking up the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # ED2012 which fits a 2" hitch receiver and gives you a 13-1/4" Drop or a 13-1/2" Rise depending on how you have the ball mount positioned.

Hey Chuck, how did things go with the BulletProof 2-ball mount you were looking at for your hitch setup? Your update could make it easier for the next person trying to match that 1-3/8 inch shank size.
