The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98864 uses four M12-1.25 x 35mm class 10.9 hex head bolts along with four 1/2" conical tooth washers. You can pick these up at a local hardware store or by entering in "e98864" into the hitch part number box on product page # RHK and adding it to cart.
