Hi. Will I need the offset ball adapter to use this hitch in a 2019 Gmc 3500 dually long bed truck? I would rather just use the gooseneck ball. My truck has the factory gooseneck prep package.

Hey Mark,
Nope, your long bed GMC Sierra 3500 won't require the use of an offset gooseneck hitch ball with the Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY58GR.
With the gooseneck prep package you can use a standard hitch ball, the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061.
The only other thing you'll need with the Gen-Y pin box is the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks # GY49GR and you're set.
