I have a 2018 Silverado 2500hd, is there an aftermarket under bed puck system available for it? I want a 5th wheel without the rails mounted in the bed.

Yes, there is an option to add an aftermarket under bed puck system to your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500. It is the Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch item # RP30158-68. This under bed system has a towing capacity of 25,000 lbs. I have linked a picture below of what this will look like installed.

Since this is an aftermarket and not a factory under bed system it will have a different pattern. You will need to use a 5th wheel hitch that has a Ford OEM puck system base. I recommend the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package 20,000 lbs item # RP30921. All the puck systems have different patterns. You will only be able to use one with a Ford base.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
