Looked up my 2011 Honda Ridgeline LT and it appears to be in stock but what does not confirmed to fit mean?

Hi Anthony; the "not confirmed to fit" you're seeing means the # e54KR does not fit your 2011 Honda Ridgeline LT. This hitch is designed to fit the 2011 - 2015 Kia Sportage excluding SX models and 2010 - 2015 Hyundai Tucson. For a hitch that fits your 2011 Ridgeline you can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13385 instead.
If you're planning on towing you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55585. This will give you a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. If you need a ball mount, check out the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554.
