Question:
Wanted to know if there is a bushing made to convert a 3/4 trailer axle to 1 in to convert to 1 in hubs. Have an old trailer with intergrated wheel and hub. Want to convert so can pull wheel off and on without taking hub off as standard. Want to change with standard 1 in hub and separate wheel with tire without changing suspension and axle. Please let me know. Thanks

Hi Tommy; we don't carry a bushing/sleeve that would convert your 3/4" spindle to a 1" spindle and I don't know of anyone who makes such a thing. We also don't carry any hubs that will fit a spindle that uses # LM11949 inner and outer bearings. The only option would be to swap out the spindle with one like the # TRU94FR or replace the axle. I know you don't want to replace the axle but that is typically the best solution with older, obsolete setups.
This spindle is designed for 2k axles and has a 1-1/4" stub diameter. It uses # L44643 inner and outer bearings with a 1" inner diameter. This will allow you to use a hub like # AKIHUB-440-2-1K with a 4 on 4 or # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-1K with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. However, you will have to determine if this spindle can fit your existing axle. You will also need to take it to an axle shop for installation.
If you decide to replace the axle you will need to know the capacity and the hub face measurement (length) to find the right replacement.
