Hello David. The best way to mount a bike rack on the rear of your 2025 Genesis GV80 will be to install a trailer hitch and use a hitch mounted bike rack. The correct trailer hitch for the 2025 GV80 is the Curt # C84UR which has a 2" receiver.

For the bike rack, my recommendation is the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # BA22B. This is a very solid and user-friendly rack. I have been using the Kuat NV for several years now and it has help up great. The platform design make loading and unloading bikes easy, and the folding/tilting mechanism is very smooth. It is also fully lockable, so it has a bike lock and hitch lock. It also looks good on the back of the car in my opinion. It can hold two bikes weighing up to 60 lbs apiece, so it will work with even heavier e-bikes. It will also accommodate larger tires up to 5" wide.

We made a few videos reviewing this rack, and I have linked them for you below. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

Hi Jesse, I didn't even realize you responded months ago until I just searched again for a rack. So, I definitely need to get one within a week. I have a 2024 Telluride with a 2" trailer hitch. Our 2025 GV80 does not have trailer hitch. Is the one you recommended concealed? And I need a bike rack for four bikes that I can use on both the Genesis and Telluride. Thanks again for your earlier response. I do appreciate it. Can you also respond to [email protected]

@David Hey there David, they let Jesse go on a vacation this week with his family. I know, I know, I can't believe it either! I am happy to clear things up for you. The Curt # C84UR is not a concealed hitch, you will be able to see the receiver when it is not in use. If you go to the product page you can look at the pictures, I cannot attach images on comments. If you want a hitch that is totally concealed, you will want the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # SH99GR. You definitely pay for having a concealed hitch, but the receiver can be removed when not in use so you won't even know you have one installed. The receiver is only intended for accessories like a bike rack, it is not to be used for towing. For a 4 bike, bike rack check out the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gunmetal Gray # NV22G-NA22G. When using it with 4 bikes it can handle 40 pounds per bike, if you were to take it down to a 2 bike rack it can handle 60 pounds per bike. Make sure you always load your heaviest bike first, you want the heaviest weight near the car. This is a wheel mount so it will not work with bikes that have fenders. If you wanted a more cost effective option, the Benton Shifts&Grins Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel or Frame Mount # B82FR. Don't let the big price difference fool ya, this is a great bike rack for the price!! I really like the fact that it can be a wheel mount or a frame mount, works with so many different bikes and it can handle 55 pounds per bike. Both of the above racks will work on both vehicles since they have a 2'" receiver. Getting things ready for a big trip? Where are you headed?

@KateF Hi and thanks for the info. I think I'll go with the Benson. The Kuat is 3x's the cost. The majority of the time, we use two bikes. Three questions: First, Will this work fine with the 2022 Kia Telluride and 2025 Hyundi Genesis with hidden hitch? Second, will the bikes interfere with the backup sensor/beeper? Third, recommended locks or other accessories? My plan is to order this first week in Aug. Thanks again!
